  • 1998

    - The predecessor of Rongxin Company, Anshan Rongxin Power Electronics Co., Ltd. was formally established.

  • 1999

    - RXPE supplied the first 35KV direct-connect SVC.

  • 2000

    - RXPE supplied the world's first 35 KV heat pipe self-cooling SVC.

  • 2001

    - RXPE supplied the first set of SVC used for heat pipe self-cooling of power system.

  • 2002

    - RXPE supplied the China's first SVC used for electrical railway traction station.

  • 2003

    - The first remote monitoring center was built in China.

  • 2005

    - Company name changed to Rongxin Power Electronics Co., LTD. - RXPE supplied the first set of TCR+TSC SVC in China which was successfully applied to the power system.

  • 2006

    - RXPE Participated in the China's first SVC national standards”GB/T 20297-2006 Static Var Compensator(SVC)Functional Characteristics”and”GB/T 20297-2006 Static Var Compensator(SVC)Field Test”.- Cooperated with Danieli to successfully supply a set of SVC to Myanmar Steel Mills,the first time for RXPE to supply SVC abroad.

  • 2007

    - RXPE became a national listed company with stock code 002123.- Supplied the first LTT type SVC.

  • 2008

    - RXPE launched the universal controller "RXPE-08" based on DSP and multi-processor technology, which can be widely used in SVC, SC and DC ice-melting device etc.

  • 2009

    - RXPE supplied the world's first 66kV direct-connect LTT type SVC, each TCR of which could reach 250Mvar.- SVC from RXPE successfully suppressed the secondary synchronous resonance (SSR) in the power plant during power transmission externally for the first time in the world.

  • 2010

    - RXPE supplied the first 500kV SC with large capacity for China Southern Grid, and it operated successfully. RXPE was equipped with FACTS product line and could provide tailored FACTS solutions to customers.-RXPE supplied the first set of SVC with ice melting technology in China.

  • 2011

    - RXPE supplied a set of SVC( 750Mvar) for French ITER (international fusion reactor) laboratory.- Manufactured the first easy moving ice melting device.

  • 2012

    - RXPE launched the fourth generation universal control system based on the universal controller "RXPE-11" with high-speed operation, high stability, high reliability.

  • 2013

    - RXPE introduced project manager system to standardize project execution process and quality control of domestic and overseas projects.

  • 2014

    - Open-loop + closed-loop flicker suppression algorithm was verified on site. The flicker mitigation level reached or exceeded 50%( the theoretical compensation limit).

  • 2015

    - Rongxin SVC negative sequence compensation algorithm successfully solved the problem of frequent tripping of the generator caused by three-phase unbalance of ore furnace in Sulawesi Island, Indonesia.

  • 2016

    - RXPE successfully developed and manufactured the first containerized SVC for Russian railway.

  • 2017

    - The business of SVC,SVG and SC was separated from the group and registered as a subsidiary named Liaoning Rongxin Xingye Power Technology Co., Ltd.

  • 2018

    - A containerized SVC with large capacity of 100MVAR was supplied to Mexican Steel Mill.- Three sets of 400kV SC devices were supplied to Turkish National Power Transmission Company ,which was the first time for RXPE to supply SC devices abroad.

  • 2019

    - Electric arc furnace electrode regulator based on the instantaneous reactive power algorithm was developed, which can significantly improve the smelting efficiency of the electric furnace, and reserve a communication interface to be connected with Rongxin SVC to further improve SVC treatment effect.
